Why we exist
For too long, finance has been fragile, closed, and concentrated. Trust has eroded, access has been limited, and Europe risks being left behind as global capital shifts towards new foundations.
We believe Bitcoin changes this: its decentralized design, fixed supply, and incorruptible nature make it a credible base for a fairer and more transparent financial system, one that is more resilient for generations to come.

We accumulate, hold, and manage bitcoin as a strategic reserve asset. Through capital market operations and the active deployment of our bitcoin holdings in- and outside the digital asset ecosystem, we generate yield for shareholders and increase the number of bitcoin per share.
