This Privacy Statement explains how AMBTS B.V. (the “Company,” “we,” “our” or “us”) processes personal data collected through its corporate website. The website is intended to inform visitors about AMBTS as a listed treasury company and to facilitate contact with potential investors. AMBTS does not offer products or services to consumers through this website.

This Privacy Statement covers:

 We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. 

 This website is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. AMBTS does not knowingly collect data from minors. 

 

1.How we process your personal data? 

We collect personal data through three main channels:

  1. Contact form: Visitors can use the contact page to leave their details. When you submit the form, we collect:
    • Name (required)
    • Email address (required)
    • Phone number (optional)
    • Message text (required)

This data is processed to respond to your inquiries, facilitate contact, and comply with regulatory requirements where applicable. The data is transmitted via HTTPS and delivered directly to our secure email inbox at info@ambts.eu. No third-party systems or external storage are used, and no automated decision-making is performed. We process the data collected via the contact form to respond to your inquiry and facilitate contact, based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

  1. Applicable jurisdiction: To comply with applicable securities laws, visitors must confirm their jurisdiction to access restricted materials. We collect only whether you are from an allowed jurisdiction, and we do so by using a cookie for IP address verification. The processing of this information is necessary to comply with regulatory requirements and restrict access to certain content under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
  2. Use of cookies and Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to measure website usage and improve the website. Data collected by Google Analytics is anonymised as far as technically feasible and stored for a limited time. In addition, Cookiebot manages cookie consent in line with GDPR requirements. Cookies also help us ensure that only visitors from allowed jurisdictions can access certain information or documents. Alongside cookies, we verify visitors’ jurisdiction through their IP address. The processing of analytics data and consent-based cookies is carried out based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Data retention: We retain your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

  • Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry.
  • Once correspondence is concluded, your data will be deleted unless retention is required by law.
  • Information regarding your allowed or disallowed jurisdiction is stored for one day. 

Data sharing: We do not share personal data with third parties, except where necessary for website operation:

  • Hosting provider: Amdax (EU-based).
  • Google Analytics and Cookiebot: Used for consent and analytics management. 

No other third-party marketing or analytics providers are used.

 

2. How we protect your personal data? 

We protect your data as follows: 

  • Data is transmitted via secure HTTPS encryption.
  • IP-anonymisation is configured to mitigate transfer risks.
  • Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
  • Regular reviews of technical and organizational measures are performed. 

 

3. Your data subject rights

As a data subject, you have the following privacy rights with regards to our processing of your personal data: 

  • Right of access: You have the right to request confirmation if we process your personal data and obtain a copy of the data we hold.
  • Right to delete your personal data: You have the right, in some cases, to request deletion of your personal data. Sometimes we may be legally required to retain your data.
  • Right to restrict our processing of your personal data: You have the right to request limitation of data use in certain circumstances such as when contesting accuracy.
  • Right to object: You have the right to ask us to object to our processing, except where we demonstrate compelling legal grounds.
  • Right to withdraw consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent. This will not affect prior lawful processing.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: You have the right to file a complaint with your local supervisory authority or with the Dutch Data Protection Authority via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl, if you are concerned about how we have processed your personal data.
